Welcome to my box of life where you can find a range of delicious recipes to experiment with, whatever your preference may be. Most of my recipes on here are quick and simple to make with no complicated cooking methods (as I have a busy life and like to cook my own food) and most of the times I need quick and fast recipes to prepare.

I have always found comfort in cooking and love spending free time trying out something new while focusing on the health of my body and mind, so I choose not to use refined sugar, processed foods or many dairy products as these make me feel tired, lazy, uncomfortable and unproductive.
