Ceri is a professional natural chef. Her blog, Natural Kitchen Adventures is all about celebrating seasonal produce and vibrancy on the dinner plate. Her recipes will guide you through the year, helping you to put fruits and vegetables at the centre of the plate. She started Natural Kitchen Adventures in 2011 with the simple aim of creating a home for her healthy recipes. She had no idea that two and a half years later she would be inspired to leave her job to retrain as a chef, and that Natural Kitchen Adventures would still be going strong, but as a limited company, eight years later.
Training, qualifications & experience
Ceri completed her six-month natural chef training – passing with honours – at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Berkeley, California at the beginning of 2014. Prior to her Natural Chef training, Ceri trained as a musician, studying the clarinet and music at university then spent ten years working as a projects manager & eventually director – managing concerts, tours and events for a London based international orchestra.
